This standard aims to regulate the equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and performance testing of the firing system in the cement production process to ensure the efficiency, environmental protection and safety of cement production.

3.1 Equipment composition and technical requirements

3.3 Safety and environmental protection requirements

The standard places special emphasis on the safety and environmental protection of the burning system:

  • Equipped with a denitration device to ensure that nitrogen oxide emissions and ammonia escape comply with GB 4915.
  • Dust removal equipment should use high-efficiency bag or electric bag composite dust collectors (in accordance with JC/T 2320).
  • All exposed parts of mechanical transmission devices must be equipped with protective covers in accordance with GB/T 8196.

4. Implementation suggestions

4.1 Equipment selection and procurement

When selecting firing system equipment, the following principles should be followed:

  • Adjust the heat consumption design value in combination with the site altitude (correction is required if it exceeds 1000m).
  • Select motors that meet the energy efficiency grade requirements (GB18613-2012 Level 2 standard).
  • Give priority to the use of intelligent control systems to ensure that the acquisition rate of process control parameters reaches 100%.

4.2 Installation, commissioning and performance testing

Focus on the commissioning phase:

  • After completing the single-machine test run, conduct a comprehensive no-load and load linkage test run.
  • During the load test run, gradually increase the sintering system to 100% load and ensure operational stability.
  • During the performance test, all indicators must meet the requirements of Table 3, and the test time must be no less than 72 hours.

4.3 Operation, maintenance and optimization

To ensure long-term stable operation of the system:

  • Regularly check the crusting and blockage of the preheater decomposition furnace and the rotary kiln, and clean them in time.
  • Periodically maintain the burner and dust removal equipment to ensure their efficient operation.
  • Establish a complete energy management information system to monitor and optimize energy consumption indicators in real time.
