1. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation

Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) is a disease that seriously affects cucurbit crops. Its transmission pathway is complex and its damage is serious. This standard is based on the detection method of NY/T 2288—2012 and is formulated in combination with actual monitoring experience. It aims to standardize the epidemic monitoring process and ensure agricultural safety production.

3. Recommendations for Specimen Preservation and Processing

After the storage period expires, inactivation treatment is required to ensure biosafety.
