1. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation
Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) is a disease that seriously affects cucurbit crops. Its transmission pathway is complex and its damage is serious. This standard is based on the detection method of NY/T 2288—2012 and is formulated in combination with actual monitoring experience. 3. Recommendations for Specimen Preservation and Processing
The materials and utensils used in the monitoring process should be disinfected. After the storage period expires, inactivation treatment is required to ensure biosafety.
