Introduction
1. Background and significance of the standard
GB/T 35362-2017 Marine Oil-lubricated Tube Bearings was issued in 2017 and is managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Marine Machinery. The standard aims to regulate the design, manufacturing and acceptance requirements of marine oil-lubricated tube bearings. It is applicable to marine bearings with a distance of no more than 20 meters between the centerline of the shaft and the water surface to ensure their reliability and safety in the ship's propulsion system.
2. Scope and classification of the standard
2.1 Scope
The standard specifies the type, requirements, inspection methods, rules, marking, packaging, etc. of marine oil-lubricated tube bearings (hereinafter referred to as "tube bearings"). Applicable to the following conditions:
- Distance between shaft centerline and water surface ≤ 20 meters
- Linear speed range: 2.0 m/s ~10 m/s
- Bearing specific pressure ≤ 0.8 MPa
- Operating temperature ≤ 65°C
2.2 Classification
Tube bearings are divided into front bearings and rear bearings according to the installation position, and are divided into sea-going ship type A and inland ship type B according to the use environment. See Figure 1 for a specific classification diagram.
Tube bearing type selection should be determined according to the ship type, operating conditions and load requirements. Table 1 lists the basic parameter comparison of the front bearing and the rear bearing, including key dimensional information such as inner hole diameter (D mm) and stop length (A mm).3. Analysis of Technical Requirements
3.1 Dimension Requirements
| Parameter Name | Dimension Range (mm) | |
|---|---|---|
| D mm | 100~200 | ≥601 |
| A mm | 20 | 55 |
3.2 Material Requirements
Table 2 specifies the materials and standards of the various components of the tube bearing in detail:
| Serial Number | Part name | Material | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Bearing bushing | Cast bronze | ZQSn10Zn2 | GB/T 1176—2013 |
3.3 Structural requirements
According to the structural characteristics of < strong>tube bearings, their design and manufacturing must meet the following requirements:
- The bushing material has no defects such as cracks and pores
- The centrifugal method is used for casting white alloy
- The transition layer is evenly bonded and has reliable strength
4. Inspection methods and rules
4.1 Dimensional inspection
Use measuring tools to inspect key dimensions of the bearing, such as the inner hole diameter (D mm) and the stop length (A mm), to ensure that they meet the requirements of < strong>Table 1.
4.2 Performance inspection
Verify the wear resistance of the bearing through a bench test. The specific steps are as follows:
- Fix the < strong>tube bearing on the test bench
- Load the set load
- Detect the wear amount after running for 100 hours (≤0.02mm)
5. Implementation suggestions
To ensure the correct implementation of < strong>marine oil lubricated tube bearings, it is recommended that:
- Strictly select materials and processes in accordance with standards
- Establish a complete quality inspection system
- Regularly maintain and check the bearing status
