Introduction
Introduction
GB/T 35449-2017 "Automatic quantitative loading system" is the first standardized document in my country for train and car loading systems for non-adhesive bulk materials (such as coal). This standard combines the core content of international recommendations OIMLR107 and OIMLR61, clarifies term definitions, product models and specifications, measurement requirements and technical specifications, and aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of automatic quantitative loading systems.
Background of standard formulation and analysis of technical evolution
With the development of modern logistics industry, the demand for efficient and accurate weighing of bulk materials is becoming increasingly urgent. Traditional manual or semi-automatic loading methods are inefficient and have large errors, and intelligent solutions are urgently needed. GB/T 35449-2017 was issued in this context, combining advanced weighing instrument technology and automatic control theory at home and abroad to form a technical standard system suitable for China's national conditions.
Analysis of core metrology requirements
| Item | Level 0.5 | Level 1 | Level 2 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accuracy level | Level 0.5 | Level 1 | Level 2 |
| Allowance error for single loading (%) | ±0.25 | ±0.5 | ±1.0 |
| Maximum allowable preset value error (%) | ±0.5 | ±1.0 | ±2.0 |
Interpretation of key technical requirements
Mechanical structure design
The mechanical structure of the automatic quantitative loading system directly affects the weighing accuracy and system stability. The design of the buffer bin, weighing bin, feeding gate and unloading gate must ensure that the material flows smoothly without affecting the weighing results. For example, the cone angle of the weighing bin should be greater than the static repose angle of the material to avoid weighing errors caused by material retention.
Case analysis: weighing bin design
When designing the weighing bin, a company did not fully consider the cone angle factor, resulting in poor material discharge and affecting the accuracy of weighing. By adjusting the cone angle to be larger than the static repose angle of the material and optimizing the soft connection design, the weighing accuracy is significantly improved.
Weighing system
The accuracy of the weighing system is the core of the entire loading system. The selection of electronic weighing instruments must comply with the GB/T7724 standard to ensure anti-interference ability and power supply requirements.
Control system and safety
The control system must have multiple safety protection mechanisms, such as overvoltage protection, short circuit protection and zero drift monitoring. The insulation resistance and withstand voltage requirements of the system should comply with the GB14249.1 standard.
Test methods and inspection rules
To ensure that the system performance meets the standards, type inspection and factory inspection are required. Type inspection covers comprehensive testing of metrological characteristics and technical requirements; while factory inspection focuses on key indicators such as appearance, marking, preheating time and single loading error.
Implementation suggestions
Enterprise selection suggestions
- Select the appropriate accuracy level according to actual needs. Level 0.5 is suitable for scenarios with high precision requirements.
- Ensure the stability and anti-interference ability of the control system software.
- Perform equipment calibration and maintenance regularly to ensure long-term stability.
Compliance assurance measures
When purchasing and using automatic quantitative loading systems, enterprises should strictly check whether the products comply with the requirements of GB/T 35449-2017 standards and request type inspection reports. It is recommended to cooperate with certified suppliers to ensure product quality.
