Introduction

GB/T 35449-2017 "Automatic quantitative loading system" is the first standardized document in my country for train and car loading systems for non-adhesive bulk materials (such as coal). This standard combines the core content of international recommendations OIMLR107 and OIMLR61, clarifies term definitions, product models and specifications, measurement requirements and technical specifications, and aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of automatic quantitative loading systems.

Background of standard formulation and analysis of technical evolution

With the development of modern logistics industry, the demand for efficient and accurate weighing of bulk materials is becoming increasingly urgent. Traditional manual or semi-automatic loading methods are inefficient and have large errors, and intelligent solutions are urgently needed. GB/T 35449-2017 was issued in this context, combining advanced weighing instrument technology and automatic control theory at home and abroad to form a technical standard system suitable for China's national conditions.

Mechanical structure design

The mechanical structure of the automatic quantitative loading system directly affects the weighing accuracy and system stability. The design of the buffer bin, weighing bin, feeding gate and unloading gate must ensure that the material flows smoothly without affecting the weighing results. For example, the cone angle of the weighing bin should be greater than the static repose angle of the material to avoid weighing errors caused by material retention.

Type inspection covers comprehensive testing of metrological characteristics and technical requirements; while factory inspection focuses on key indicators such as appearance, marking, preheating time and single loading error.
