《GB/T 35714-2017船舶推进电动机》由TC531(全国船舶电气及电子设备标准化技术委员会)归口,TC531SC1(全国船舶电气及电子设备标准化技术委员会船舶电气设备分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。

Introduction

1. Classification and basic parameters of marine propulsion motors

Classification dimensions Classification content Main parameters
Motor type Synchronous motor, induction motor Rated voltage, speed range
Number of phases Three-phase, multi-phase Input current, frequency
Duty S1 continuous duty Rated power, temperature rise limit

2. Materials and performance requirements for propulsion motors

Case study: A ship propulsion motor is made of carbon steel with a tensile strength of 441 MPa, which meets the requirements of GB/T 755. The insulation resistance test results of the motor in a hot and humid environment show that the insulation resistance of the winding to the housing is 3 MΩ in the hot state, which meets the F-class insulation standard.

Material Performance index Applicable environment
Shaft material Tensile strength ≥441 MPa (carbon steel) or ≥650 MPa (alloy steel) High load, vibration environment
Insulation material F/H grade insulation High temperature, hot and humid conditions

3. Test methods and inspection rules for propulsion motors

According to GB/T 7060 and GB/T 10068 standards, propulsion motors are subject to the following key tests:

  • Temperature rise test: Run at rated speed and voltage, monitor bearing and winding temperatures.
  • Vibration and noise: Use precision instruments to measure vibration severity and sound power level to ensure compliance with GB/T 10069 requirements.
  • Short circuit withstand capacity: Simulate sudden short circuit conditions to verify the motor's tolerance performance.

4. Environmental adaptability and implementation recommendations

To ensure the reliability of ship propulsion motors in complex marine environments:

  1. Material selection: Use salt spray and mildew-resistant materials to meet GB/T 12351 requirements.
  2. Cooling system: Optimize water cooling or air cooling design to ensure stability under extreme temperatures.
  3. Protection level: Medium voltage motors use IP44 protection to adapt to ship vibration and humid environments.
  4. Maintenance: Regularly check the working condition of bearing lubrication, winding insulation and cooling system.
