GB/T 35769-2017 "Satellite Navigation and Positioning Base Station Network Service Specification" is my country's first national standard for satellite navigation and positioning base station network services. It was proposed by the National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation and managed by the National Technical Committee for Geographic Information Standardization.
