3.2 Physical and mechanical performance requirements

- Moisture content: 5% to local equilibrium moisture content (see Appendix B). - Heat-resistant dimensional stability (shrinkage): length ≤0.20%, width ≤1.50%. - Moisture-resistant dimensional stability (expansion rate): length ≤0.20%, expansion rate ≤0.80%.

4.1 Production links

- Raw material selection: give priority to the tree species in Table A.1 to ensure the stability of the wood. - Processing accuracy control: strictly follow the processing requirements of GB/T 15036.1-2009.

4.2 Inspection link

- Appearance quality inspection: adopt the general inspection level II of GB/T 2828.1-2012, AQL is 4.0. - Physical performance inspection: inspect according to the sampling plan in Table 5, combining initial inspection with re-inspection.

4.3 Use link

- Installation advice: avoid direct contact with the ground, and ensure that the floor is stored in a dry environment.
- Maintenance advice: regularly check the moisture content to prevent deformation or cracking.
