《GB/T 36159-2018建筑用铝及铝合金表面阳极氧化膜及有机聚合物膜层、性能、检测方法的选择》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 36159-2018 mainly specifies the types, structural characteristics and selection methods of anodized films and organic polymer films on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys for construction in different environments, and clarifies the selection criteria and testing methods for film performance.
2. Film type and structure
| Film type | Surface treatment method |
|---|---|
| Anodic oxide film | Anodic oxidation, anodizing plus electrolytic coloring, anodizing plus dyeing |
| Anodic oxide composite film | Anodic oxidation plus electrophoretic coating (water-soluble varnish or color paint) |
| Organic polymer coating | Electrostatic powder spraying, electrostatic fluorocarbon paint spraying, electrostatic acrylic paint spraying, roller coating, etc. |
3. Environment type and film selection
The standard divides the use environment into 6 corrosion levels (C1 to C6), with specific requirements as follows:
| Corrosion Level | Corrosion Degree | Environmental Conditions | |
|---|---|---|---|
| C1 | Very Low | Outdoor Cold or Dry Atmosphere | Indoor Low Pollution, Low Humidity Space |
| C6 | Severe | Highly Polluted Industrial Areas and Coastal Areas | Work Sheds in Humid Tropical Areas |
4. Film Performance Selection and Test Methods
The selection of film performance should be determined according to the corrosion level and specific requirements of the use environment, mainly involving appearance quality, salt spray corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance and adhesion.
Testing methods:- Salt spray test: used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the film.
- Acid and alkali test: applicable to organic polymer coatings and anodized composite films.
- Scratch test: detects the adhesion and wear resistance of the film.
5. Implementation suggestions
In actual applications, it is recommended to select the appropriate film type according to the environmental conditions of the project location and conduct performance tests in strict accordance with standard requirements. For highly corrosive environments (such as C4, C5 and C6), it is recommended to use anodized composite films or highly weather-resistant organic polymer coatings.
6. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | GB/T 36159—2018 | International similar standards |
|---|---|---|
| Film classification | Anodic oxide film, composite film, organic coating | Anodic oxide film, electrophoretic coating, powder spray coating |
| Test indicators | Salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance | Corrosion resistance, adhesion, impact resistance |
| Environmental adaptability | C1-C6 classification | Industrial, urban, marine environment classification |
