5.1 Principle of treatment and disposal method
The volatility difference of each component in the high-boiling material at different temperatures is utilized to separate through reflux of liquid phase and gas phase. Specifically, it includes the separation of vinyl chloride and ethylene dichloride, ensuring the recycling of light component vinyl chloride and further processing of heavy components such as ethylene dichloride.
5.2 Process description
- The high-boiling material enters the primary tower (vinyl chloride separation tower) for preliminary separation, controls the liquid level and temperature, and recovers high-purity vinyl chloride gas.
- The residual liquid enters the secondary tower (ethylene dichloride separation tower) to further separate high-purity 1,1-dichloroethane.
