1. Standard Overview
GB/T 36516-2018 "Iron-chromium-aluminum fiber wire for motor vehicle purification filter" standard specifies the brand, size and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of iron-chromium-aluminum fiber and wire.
2. Scope of application of the standard
It is applicable to iron-chromium-aluminum fiber and wire for diesel engine exhaust particulate filter (DPF), and also to iron-chromium-aluminum fiber and wire for metal fiber felt or woven mesh used in chemical, petroleum and other industries.

3. Chemical composition requirements
The chemical composition of 00Cr20Al6 wire and fiber must comply with the requirements in the table, including the mass fraction ranges of carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, chromium, aluminum and other elements.

5. Antioxidant performance test
