1. Standard Overview

GB/T 36536-2018 "Water Balance Test Method for Cement Production Enterprises" is a water resource management standard formulated for the cement production industry. This standard specifies in detail the terminology, test methods and procedures for water balance tests in cement production enterprises, aiming to help enterprises optimize water management, improve water conservation effects, and provide technical support for the sustainable development of enterprises.


2. Background of Standard Formulation

With the rapid development of my country's economy, the cement industry, as an important pillar industry of the national economy, is facing the challenges of water shortage and increasing environmental pressure. In order to promote the sustainable development of the cement industry, the National Standardization Administration organized relevant units to formulate this standard to regulate the water management of cement production enterprises and improve the efficiency of water resource utilization.

4. Implementation suggestions

4.1 Preparation before testing

The selection and calibration of test instruments are the key to ensure data accuracy. Enterprises should be equipped with water meters and flow meters that meet the accuracy level according to the requirements of GB/T 27886, and provide professional training for test personnel.

4.2 Technical points in the measurement phase

During the measurement process, it is recommended to use a combination of ultrasonic flowmeter and water meter, record data three times a day, and conduct error analysis. At the same time, draw a water flow chart to ensure that the layout of the test points is reasonable.

4.3 Data analysis and improvement measures

Based on the measured data, calculate key indicators such as water intake per ton of clinker and water intake per ton of cement, and compare them with the industry average. For the water waste problems found, propose targeted water-saving transformation plans, such as optimizing the cooling system or increasing the utilization rate of circulating water.
