Scope
This standard specifies the maximum resistance of the conveyor belt and the corresponding measurement method. This standard is used to ensure that the transport has sufficient conductivity to conduct away the electrostatic charge formed in use. This standard is formulated with reference to ISO284-1982 "Conveyor Belts - Electrical Conductivity - Specifications and Test Methods".
