GB/T 37208-2018 "Non-metallic paper-based wet friction materials" is an important national standard formulated on the basis of original industry practice experience and combined with international advanced technology level. This standard mainly proposes detailed technical requirements and test methods for wet friction materials used in motorcycles, agricultural machinery, industrial machinery and automobiles.

Static friction coefficient (breakaway coefficient): Measured through a static engagement test, the static motor drive speed and static torque time should be specified during the measurement process. This indicator is used to evaluate the initial friction characteristics of the material.
