Standard formulation background and technology evolution analysis

GB/T 37247-2018 fills the gap in the test method of antifungal performance of photocatalytic materials in China, reflecting the deepening of research in this field and the improvement of standardization needs in my country.

The instruments and equipment required by this standard include black light tubes, ultraviolet light meters, visible light lamps and pressure steam sterilizers. Among them, black light tubes are used to provide a light source with a main wavelength of 365nm and are one of the key equipment in the experiment.
Test Procedures and Key Points
The test procedures include steps such as bacterial suspension preparation, sample inoculation, light culture and live bacteria elution counting. Among them, the light intensity of the light source needs to be controlled within the range of 0.4mW/cm²~0.8mW/cm² or visible light 300lx~2500lx, and the relative humidity should be maintained at not less than 85%.
Implementation Suggestions
In practical applications, it is recommended to:
- Prepare blank control samples and photocatalytic samples in strict accordance with standard requirements
- Use calibrated instruments to ensure that the light intensity meets the requirements
