Introduction

1. Standard Overview and Background

GB/T 37268-2018 "Photovoltaic Sunshades for Buildings" was proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and aims to standardize the design, production and application of solar panels with photovoltaic power generation functions for buildings. This standard fills the technical gap in the field of building photovoltaic sunshades and promotes the development of building energy conservation and renewable energy utilization.

3. Technical requirements and performance indicators

3.1 Technical requirements for photovoltaic modules

Photovoltaic modules must comply with the provisions of GB/T 9535 and GB/T 18911 to ensure their stability and reliability in different environments. For example, crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules should have high conversion efficiency, while thin-film photovoltaic modules must maintain performance under bending conditions.

3.2 Structural strength of blades and brackets

The blades are made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles (GB/T 5237), and the surface needs to be anodized to improve corrosion resistance and durability. The bracket part is made of low carbon steel or aluminum alloy to ensure its bearing capacity and wind pressure resistance.

3.3 Drive device and safety protection

The drive device should use a low-speed motor (JG/T 276) and be equipped with a temperature protection device to prevent overheating damage. In addition, the junction box needs to be installed with a bypass diode to avoid power loss caused by short circuit of the component series circuit.
