Background of Standard Formulation and Analysis of Technical Evolution

As the problem of population aging in my country becomes increasingly serious, the quality of elderly care services has become the focus of social attention. GB/T 37276—2018 "Grading and Evaluation of Elderly Care Institutions" came into being, aiming to promote the standardization and standardization of the elderly care service industry through scientific grading and evaluation standards.

The standard was proposed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China and is managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Social Welfare Services. Its drafting units include the Department of Social Welfare and Charity Promotion of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Social Welfare Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the China Philanthropy Research Institute of Beijing Normal University and other authoritative institutions, ensuring the scientificity and practicality of the standard.

Grade classification and logo of nursing homes

Grade Logo description Assessment requirements
Level 1 One five-pointed star The assessment score shall not be less than 360 points, and the score of each sub-item shall not be less than 40% of the total score.
Level 2 Two five-pointed stars The assessment score shall not be less than 450 points, and the score of each sub-item shall not be less than 50% of the total score.
Level 3 Three five-pointed stars The score shall not be less than 570 points, and the score of each sub-item shall not be less than 60% of the total score.
Level 4 Four five-pointed stars The score shall not be less than 780 points, and the score of each sub-item shall not be less than 80% of the total score.
Level 5 Five five-pointed stars The score shall not be less than 900 points, and the score of each sub-item shall not be less than 90% of the total score.
