This standard aims at the technical requirements of the entire process of liquid quenching of steel parts, and establishes a complete specification system from process design to equipment selection. The main technical framework includes:

1. Quenching process formulation method

Henability methodThe equivalent cooling rate diameter is converted through the end quenching curve, and the calculation formula is:

Equivalent cooling rate diameter of the core Ec = D1.18/(8.29×H0.44)

Wherein, the H value is determined according to the medium type: still water H=0.9-1.0, strong stirring oil H=0.5-0.8

2. Cooling medium performance control
