With the continuous advancement of shipbuilding technology, especially the application of high-strength steel and the popularization of digital design, higher requirements are put forward for steel utilization. This standard aims to help shipbuilding companies achieve optimal resource allocation and cost savings through a scientific evaluation system and control method.
