Scope

This standard specifies the configuration implementation process, model file format, model file naming, model configuration tools, circuit numbering rules, circuit identification and information technical requirements for physical circuit models such as optical fiber circuits and station control layer twisted pair circuits in the secondary circuit of smart substations.
