《GB/T 3783-2019船用低压电器基本要求》由604-2(中国电器工业协会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the basic requirements for marine low-voltage electrical appliances with a rated voltage of less than 1000V AC or 1500V DC, including control electrical appliances and distribution electrical appliances. Compared with the 2008 version, 12 technical changes have been added, including the prohibition of asbestos materials and the adjustment of vibration parameters.
Comparison of key performance indicators
| Parameters | GB/T 3783—2008 | GB/T 3783—2019 | Range of change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mold growth level | Level 2 | Level 2b | Level +1 |
| Dielectric properties | 7.2.4 Old parameters | Modify some parameters | Optimize 10-15% |
| Harmonic conditions | Not specified | Add 6.1.3 clause | N/A |
Typical application cases
After the implementation of the new standard, a certain type of marine circuit breaker:
- Uses asbestos-free insulation material and passes the 8.4.1 glow-wire test (960℃)
- The vibration parameters are adjusted to ±1mm/13.2-100Hz according to Table 12
- The EMC test meets the 3V RF conducted interference limit in Table 19
Structural design requirements
- 7.1.1.1 It is prohibited to use asbestos-containing materials
- 7.1.3 The minimum creepage distance is designed according to pollution level 3
- 7.1.11 The protection level of the engine room area must reach IP44
Material Selection Matrix
| Components | Recommended Materials | Prohibited Materials | Test Standards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Insulating Parts | Arc-resistant Plastics with CTI≥175 | Asbestos Products | GB/T 4207 |
| Metal Parts | Nickel/Chrome Plating | Unprotected Carbon Steel | GB/T 2423.17 |
Implementation Recommendations
Design phase: Insulating materials of material group IIIa or above (CTI≥175) should be given priority, and the impulse voltage value in high altitude areas should be adjusted according to Appendix A.
Test phase: Pay attention to the newly added requirements of the polar impedance test (8.5.3.8), and use the formula Z=Ud/Ith for calculation and verification.
EMC countermeasures: Equipment in the bridge area must meet the 24dBμV/m radiation limit in Table 22, and it is recommended to use shielded cables and filter circuits.
