Interpretation of the core content of the standard

This standard specifies the technical requirements for key equipment in hot water heating stations, including selection parameters for 12 types of equipment such as heat exchangers and water pumps, material pressure and temperature resistance indicators, and monitoring system configuration specifications.

Key technical indicators

Heat exchanger selection:Plate heat exchanger (≤150℃) is preferred for heating system, 60min heat storage volume needs to be calculated for domestic hot water system, and temperature prediction device needs to be configured for semi-instantaneous type.

Water pump efficiency:The efficiency of single-stage centrifugal pump needs to be ≥82% (at flow rate of 100m³/h), and the matching motor efficiency needs to comply with the provisions of Table 3 according to the power level.


Recommendations for the implementation of the standard

  1. When purchasing equipment, suppliers should be required to provide complete quality certification documents, including pressure test reports and material certification
  2. The monitoring system needs to integrate the data of the water replenishment and constant pressure device, and the communication protocol should comply with international standards
  3. The pipe insulation material must meet the B1 fire protection requirements, and the water repellency rate must be ≥98%

Technology evolution analysis

This standard clarifies the acceptance requirements for absorption heat exchange units for the first time, reflecting the application trend of new energy in the heating field. New arc fault protection requirements are added to the low-voltage distribution cabinet, reflecting the improvement of safety standards.
