Introduction

Analysis of the key points of the standard

GB/T38622-2020 is the first national standard for 2.45GHz container freight labels in my country. It specifies the technical requirements, test methods and quality assessment procedures of the labels. The standard applies to the design, production and use of freight labels throughout their life cycle management.

Environmental adaptability requirements

The standard specifies the performance requirements of tags in extreme environments:

  • Temperature range: working -25℃~60℃, storage -40℃~70℃
  • Protection level: IP65 (dust and water proof)
  • Mechanical vibration: 5-35Hz/0.15mm amplitude
  • Salt spray test: 48 hours continuous test

Data file system architecture

The tag adopts a layered file system design, which includes 12 types of standard files:

  1. UII file (0x102) - stores the unique identifier of the container
  2. Operation log file (0xA121) - records 100 read and write logs
  3. Transportation information file (0xA123) - contains key data such as bill of lading number and place of departure

The file system adopts the access control mechanism defined in GB/T28925-2012. Key files must be authenticated before reading and writing.

Production Links

It is recommended to use the reference reader (parameters see Appendix A) for factory testing, focusing on verifying:

  • Transmitting power spectrum purity (-30dBm/100kHz)
  • 100,000 erase and write durability
  • 5-year battery life simulation test

Application Deployment

In actual freight scenarios, please note:

  • Tag installation must ensure that the distance between metal surfaces is ≥5cm
  • The 160-163-byte dangerous goods category field should be enabled for dangerous goods transportation
  • The temperature data in the 0xA124 file must be updated regularly for cold chain transportation
