Technical Evolution Characteristics
This standard establishes for the first time a four-dimensional coding system for heating safety information (management/equipment/personnel/environment). Compared with the CJJ/T 88-2014 operation and maintenance regulations, the following are added:
- Digital identification system for hidden dangers (LDLDDDD seven-digit coding structure)
- Requirements for hierarchical management of heat users (civilian/industrial differentiated fields)
- Coupling mechanism with GB/T 29639 emergency plan standard

Typical application cases
Implementation results of a thermal power group:
- Through the early warning of standard code 210115 (oxygen content in coal powder storage tanks), three explosion accidents were avoided
- The hidden danger rectification rate increased by 42% by using the disposal tracking table in Appendix F
- Based on the 2203 code to standardize the confined space operation process, zero casualties were achieved
