Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
| Technical dimensions | Color type requirements | Penetration type requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Particle distribution (μm) | A 10/50/90/99 report is required, 99 deviation ≤±10% | Not applicable |
| Viscosity (40℃) | 8-40mPa·s(±3) | 8-40mPa·s(±3) |
| Radioactivity limit | Radium-226/Thorium-232/Potassium-40 test report required | |
Analysis of key technical requirements
Particle control: The standard requires that pigment products must use laser particle size analyzer to detect particle distribution, focusing on controlling the critical value of 99≤1.5μm, which has a decisive impact on the service life of inkjet print heads.
Stability test: Through a 7-day accelerated test at 25℃/70℃ dual temperature zones, the specific absorbance retention rate is required to be ≥40% and ≥30% respectively, to ensure the stable performance of the product during storage and transportation.
Implementation suggestions
- Establish a raw material traceability system, paying special attention to the content of heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in colorants
- It is recommended to configure a rotational viscometer and a dynamic surface tension meter for process control
- Color difference control should adopt the strict standard of ΔE≤1.5
Standard evolution analysis
This standard incorporates the infiltration type liquid colorant into the specification system for the first time, making up for the shortcomings of the traditional powder colorant standard. Compared with JC/T1046.2-2007, it adds the 110℃ volatile organic compound detection requirement, responding to the requirements of environmental protection policies.
