Introduction
Core Value and Scope of Application of the Standard
GB/T38992-2020 has established a complete semantic relationship classification and mapping system to solve the semantic heterogeneity problem in the information interaction between military and civilian common resources. It is applicable to the semantic docking scenarios of tangible resources such as materials and equipment, equipment and facilities, and intangible resources such as intangible assets and service results.
Three-dimensional classification system of semantic relations
| Relationship type | Subclass | Representation symbol | Application scenario |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hierarchical relationship | Genus-species relationship (SG) | SG+category code | Gasoline→Aviation gasoline (category category) |
| Whole part (SP) | SP+category code | Automobile→Tyre (component relationship) | |
| Instance relationship (SI) | SI+category code | Star→Sun (instantiation) | |
| Equivalence relationship | - | EQ+category code | Diesel (matching between different standard code tables) |
| Correlation relationship | - | C+category code | Bullet→Steel (production raw material association) |
Dual-mode mapping technology solution
Direct connection model
Applicable to point-to-point mapping scenarios, such as the direct connection between two sets of oil classification systems in the military and local areas. The resource coverage of both parties is required to be ≥90%, and the mapping direction can be configured in both directions.
Center structure model
GB/T37936-2019 is used as the center code table, and the satellite system is interconnected through three-level mapping. A typical case is the integration of 5 types of local resource libraries in the emergency material dispatch platform.
Implement key control points
- Mapping priority: strictly follow the order of equivalent → level → related
- Version management: establish a mapping synchronization mechanism for code table changes (see standard clause 8.3)
- Quality verification: detect mapping closure through SPARQL query
Typical application case
A certain theater of war adopted a central structure model to connect the military fuel code table with three provincial civilian oil depot systems, achieving:
- Equivalence mapping accuracy of 98.7% (such as 0# diesel EQ matching)
- Level mapping response time <200ms
- Emergency material allocation efficiency increased by 40%
