《GB/T 39006-2020工业机器人特殊气候环境可靠性要求和测试方法》由TC591(全国机器人标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。

Introduction

Standard Background and Technological Evolution

With the widespread application of industrial robots in fields such as automobile manufacturing and electronic assembly, their environmental adaptability has become a key quality indicator. GB/T39006-2020 systematically regulates the reliability requirements of industrial robots under extreme climatic conditions for the first time, filling the gap in domestic standards in this field.

Comparison of core test requirements

Test items Category I (indoor) Category III (outdoor) Difference in severity
Low temperature operation 0℃ -40℃ ↑40℃
High temperature operation 45℃ 55℃ ↑10℃
Salt spray test Optional Mandatory 336h ↑5 times the duration

Detailed explanation of key test methods

6.3.2 High temperature operation test

After the controller and operator reach temperature stability, continue to operate at Tmax±2℃ for 4 hours. It is recommended to use the step temperature increase method, and the temperature increase should not exceed 5℃ every 10 minutes.

6.6.1 Salt spray test

Use 5% sodium chloride solution, and the collector is required to have a salt spray deposition of 1.0-2.0mL per hour. For key components such as harmonic reducer, additional inspection of grease performance changes is required.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Pretreatment: All tests must be balanced in an environment at 25℃±5℃ for 24 hours
  2. Test sequence: It is recommended to conduct the test in the order of temperature and humidity → mechanical stress → corrosion test
  3. Failure judgment: If the IP level drops and the repeat positioning accuracy exceeds ±0.1mm, it will be judged as unqualified

Automotive industry application case

After a welding robot passed a 96h salt spray test, the insulation resistance of the wrist cable dropped to 5MΩ (the standard requires ≥20MΩ). The problem was solved by using a fluororubber seal ring.
