GB/T 3903的本部分规定了将鞋跟钉从鞋跟中拉出所需力的测定方法。本试验方法使用标准钉和规定的插入方法来测定鞋跟材料的持钉力，本试验方法也可对工业生产的鞋跟钉进行评定。本部分适用于所有塑料和木制女鞋鞋跟。不适用于由若干层纤维板或皮革制成的鞋跟和塑料制成的男鞋矮跟的测试
Scope
This part of GB/T 3903 specifies the method for the determination of the force required to pull the heel studs out of the heel. This test method is used to determine the holding force of heel materials using standard nails and the specified insertion method. This test method can also be used to evaluate industrially produced heel nails. This section applies to all plastic and wooden women's shoe heels. Does not apply to heels made of several layers of fibreboard or leather and men's shoes with low heels made of plastic.
