Introduction

Standard Overview and Technical Background

This standard is aimed at the large-scale development needs of the bag-grown Tremella industry, and for the first time systematically regulates the whole process production technology from raw material processing to finished mushroom sticks. With the increase in the proportion of factory production of edible fungi (reaching 63.7% in 2020), standardized production has become the key to ensuring the quality of Tremella.
