Technology evolution analysis

For the first time, the standard lists reusable express packaging as a separate product category, requiring that packaging verified by GB/T16716.3 must be able to be recycled more than 20 times. Biodegradable plastics must meet three key indicators: organic content ≥51%, relative biodegradability ≥90%, and total mixture <5%.


Implementation suggestions

1. Material substitution: Paper packaging should use more than 30% recycled fiber, and plastics should give priority to biodegradable materials such as PBAT/PLA

2. Detection focus: Adhesive benzene testing must be carried out in accordance with Appendix B/C of GB18583, and the VOCs content of inks shall be carried out using the GB/T38608 method

3. Logo management: Biodegradable products must be printed with the GB/T16288 logo, and reusable packaging should be marked with the number of cycles
