Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard establishes a rapid screening method for six phthalate plasticizers (DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP, DIDP) in plastic materials of consumer products, including two detection technology routes with pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry as the core.

1. Instrument Configuration Requirements
- Pyrolysis Instrument: Must have 400-1000℃ temperature control capability
- GC/MS: Must be equipped with 70eV EI source and SIM mode
- Chromatographic column: PY UA-5 (5% diphenyl/95% dimethylpolysiloxane) is recommended
2. Key Parameter Control
Actual cases show that when a broad peak of 9.2-12.0min appears in DINP detection, the baseline flattening integration method must be used, otherwise it may cause a quantitative error of more than 30%.
Recommendations for the implementation of the standard
- Laboratories should regularly verify the gain factor of the quadrupole mass analyzer (standard value 1.00±0.05)
- For high-concentration samples, a blank cleaning procedure should be performed until the background value is <30mg/kg
- For DINP/DIDP detection, it is recommended to use a segmented heating program (20℃/min→5℃/min)
