Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

Alloy type Typical process Temperature range(℃) Key control points
Iron-based deformed alloy Solution treatment + aging 1050-1200 Soaking time calculation
Nickel-based deformed alloy Segmented solution treatment + double aging 950-1200 Cooling rate control
Casting high-temperature alloy Homogenization treatment 1100-1220 Grain size determination

Key technical requirements

Equipment specifications

The vacuum furnace must meet the cold pressure rise rate ≤1.33 Pa/h and the inert gas furnace dew point ≤-51℃. Heat treatment furnace temperature uniformity classification:

  • Aging treatment: ±5℃ (Type I furnace)
  • Solution treatment: ±10℃ (Type II furnace)

Typical process case

GH4169 alloy turbine disk heat treatment:

  1. Solution treatment: 955℃×(1-2)h, air cooling
  2. Step aging: 720℃×8h→620℃×8h (furnace cooling 45-65℃/h)

Implementation suggestions

Key points of process control

  • Furnace loading density : The distance between adjacent workpieces is ≥1.5 times the thickness
  • Temperature monitoring: D-type instrument system is equipped with at least 3 thermocouples
  • Cooling control: Oil-cooled workpieces must be cooled to below 200°C before leaving the tank
