This standard specifies the full-process technical requirements for extracting alumina from high-alumina fly ash using the pre-desiliconized soda-lime sintering method, with a focus on controlling the raw material characteristics of aluminum-silicon ratio ≥1.0 and Al2O3 content ≥40%.

Optimization of pre-desiliconization process

By leaching amorphous SiO2 with caustic soda, the aluminum-silicon ratio is increased from ≥1.0 to ≥2.0, significantly improving the subsequent sintering efficiency. Typical operating parameters:
