Introduction

Analysis of the core framework of the standard

This standard constructs a three-level indicator system:

Indicator level Contents included Typical indicator examples
First-level indicators (2 categories) Resource output, resource recycling -
Second-level indicators (6 categories) Energy/water resources/raw materials output, gas/water/solid waste utilization Blast furnace gas utilization rate
Third-level indicators (19 items) Specific parameters such as process energy consumption and resource recycling Converter gas recovery per ton of steel

Detailed explanation of key technical indicators

Key points of energy consumption control

The energy consumption limit of the coking process is 97kgce/t, and the converter process needs to achieve negative energy steelmaking (≤-30kgce/t). The electric furnace process is divided into the full scrap steel method (59kgce/t) and the hot iron hot charging process (45kgce/t).

Hard requirements for resource recycling

  • Gas utilization rate: Coke oven/blast furnace gas must reach 100%
  • Solid waste utilization: Comprehensive utilization rate of blast furnace slag/steel slag/iron-containing dust sludge ≥ 100%
  • Water recycling: Recycling rate ≥ 98%

Evaluation implementation points

Evaluation level Index range Industry share Core requirements
Leading level PT≥95 ≤10% Advanced technologies such as waste heat power generation are required
Advanced level 90≤PT<95 ≤20% Achieve cascade utilization of energy
Standard level 85≤PT<90 ≤50% Complete basic indicator requirements

Data collection specifications

Energy data shall be uniformly converted according to the conversion coefficient in Appendix B:
Electricity equivalent value 0.1229kgce/(kW·h), blast furnace gas 0.1071kgce/m³, steam (medium pressure) 0.1038kgce/kg

Standard evolution background

This standard inherits GB/T 34345 technical framework, targeting the characteristics of the steel industry:

  1. Strengthen the hierarchical control of process energy consumption (8 process differentiation indicators)
  2. Innovatively introduce negative energy steelmaking evaluation
  3. Highlight the whole process resource cycle (from raw materials to end management)

Enterprise implementation suggestions

Technical transformation path

Take a steel plant with an annual output of 5 million tons as an example:

  • Install gas recovery monitoring system to improve the utilization rate by 3-5%
  • Steel slag micro-powder production line makes the comprehensive utilization rate reach 102%
  • Digital water circulation system achieves a reuse rate of 99.2%
