《GB/T 39203-2020铜冶炼烟灰提取有价金属技术规范》由TC415(全国产品回收利用基础与管理标准化技术委员会)、全国有色金属标准化技术委员会联合归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the technical framework for recovering valuable metals such as copper, lead, zinc, bismuth from fly ash in the pyrometallurgical copper smelting process, and clearly distinguishes the different treatment paths of leaching solution (containing Cu, Cd, Zn) and leaching residue (containing Pb, Bi).
Comparative Analysis of Process Flow
| Metal Type | Extraction Method | Key Technical Parameters | Product Standard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Copper | Electrodeposition/Sulphurization/Replacement | Voltage 2V, As concentration segmented control | GB/T 467-2010 |
| Cadmium | Secondary Replacement | pH3.5-5.0, Temperature 50-60℃ | YS/T 72 |
| Zinc | Concentration method/electrodeposition method | Current density 450-520A/m² | GB/T 470/HG/T 2326 |
Key technical requirements
Leaching process control
When using dilute sulfuric acid as the leaching agent, the normal pressure leaching temperature is 70-100℃, and the pressure leaching needs to maintain a pressure of 0.6-1.0MPa. The soluble Cu and Zn content of the leached residue must be <2%, which directly affects the subsequent metal recovery rate.
Typical application cases
A smelter adopted the electrolysis + sulfidation combined process to treat high-arsenic fly ash (As>20g/L). By controlling the liquid Cu ≤10g/L after electrolysis and using Na₂S in the sulfidation stage, the final copper recovery rate was increased to 92%.
Key points of environmental compliance
- Waste gas emissions shall comply with the dual standard limits of GB 25466/GB 25467
- Hazardous waste identification shall be based on GB 5085.7, and storage shall comply with GB 18597
- Noise control shall meet the factory boundary standard of GB 12348
Implementation suggestions
Enterprises should establish a staged control mechanism for arsenic concentration, and when As>20g/L, the electrolytic method shall be used first; for bismuth-containing materials, it is recommended to use a combination of reduction smelting and electrolytic refining to ensure that the purity of Bi is ≥99.99%.
