《GB/T 3921-2008纺织品 色牢度试验 耐皂洗色牢度》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC209SC1（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会基础标准分会）执行，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ３９２１．１―１９９７《纺织品　色牢度试验　耐洗色牢度：试验１》、ＧＢ／Ｔ３９２１．２―１９９７《纺织品　色牢度试验　耐洗色牢度：试验２》、ＧＢ／Ｔ３９２１．３―１９９７《纺织品　色牢度试验　耐洗色牢度：试验３》、ＧＢ／Ｔ３９２１．４―１９９７《纺织品　色牢度试验　耐洗色牢度：试验４》、ＧＢ／Ｔ３９２１．５―１９９７《纺织品　色牢度试验　耐洗色牢度：试验５》。本标准规定了测定常规家庭用所有类型的纺织品耐洗涤色牢度的方法，包括从缓和到剧烈不同洗涤程序的5种试验。本标准仅用于测定对纺织品色牢度的影响，并不反映综合洗烫程序的结果。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ３９２１．１～３９２１．５―１９９７相比，主要变化如下：
１．将原标准的的５个部分整合为一项标准；
２．规范性引用文件中增加了仪器评级的行业标准和醋纤贴衬织物的国际标准；
３．增加了机械搅拌装置和加热皂液装置的建议；
４．增加了不同试验方法采用的多纤维贴衬织物的规定；
５．修改了６０℃和９５℃试验时第二块单纤维贴衬织物的选取方法；
６．修改了洗涤后对组合试样的清洗方法；
７．增加了仪器评定试样变色或贴衬沾色的可选方法。

This standard specifies methods for determining the colour fastness of textiles of all kinds, including five tests on different washing procedures from mild to severe, used for normal household articles.
This standard is designed to determine the effect of washing only on the colour fastness of the textile. It is not intended to reflect the result of the comprehensive laundering procedure.
