Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

GB/T39222-2020 stipulates the full-process design specifications for the multi-effect distillation (MED) desalination system, with the following highlights:

  • Heat source utilization efficiency: the power consumption per ton of water is required to be <1.6kW·h/t, and the water production ratio range is 3-15
  • Material corrosion resistance: TA1 titanium alloy, S31603 stainless steel and other materials are recommended for different media
  • Pretreatment requirements: suspended matter content ≤50mg/L, petroleum ≤0.5mg/L
