Key technical requirements

Installation accuracy control

The standard clearly requires that the center deviation of the cable drum base should be ≤2mm, and the verticality of the core shaft should reach 1/1000. In actual construction, a total station positioning is required, and a 0.05mm precision feeler gauge is used to detect the contact rate between the roller and the basket.

Welding quality specifications

According to GB50661, all load-bearing welds must be subjected to non-destructive testing:

  • Ring beam welding adopts full penetration process
  • Radial beam welding weld foot height ≥8mm
  • Ultrasonic flaw detection ratio is not less than 20%
