Interpretation of the core content of the standard

As my country's first national standard specifically for LED night scene lighting, this standard has established a complete technical system from lamp classification, performance indicators to system integration. For the first time, the standard differentiates the requirements for functional lighting and landscape lighting, and innovatively introduces advanced concepts such as dynamic dimming and energy efficiency grading.

Key points for the implementation of key clauses

1. Luminaire safety requirements

Article 6.1.3 of the standard stipulates the classification of protection levels: outdoor lamps must reach IP54 or above, underground lamps require IP67, and paddling pool areas must meet IPX8. Special attention should be paid during implementation:

  • The anti-corrosion level should be improved in coastal areas
  • Anti-electric shock protection should be increased in crowded places
  • Isolation devices should be installed for high-temperature components

2. Energy efficiency management requirements

Article 6.6 of the standard formulates energy efficiency ladder indicators according to the type of lamps. Taking LED garden lights as an example:
