《GB/T 39266-2020工业机器人机械环境可靠性要求和测试方法》由TC591(全国机器人标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Introduction
Overview of the core content of the standard
GB/T 39266-2020 specifies the reliability requirements and test methods for industrial robots in mechanical environments, and is applicable to various types of industrial robot bodies and control systems. The standard mainly includes:
- Mechanical environment requirements: 9 types of environmental stress indicators such as vibration, impact, tilt, etc.
- Reliability indicators: MTBF verification scheme and failure judgment rules
- Test methods: two verification methods: laboratory and on-site
Key indicators of mechanical environmental test
| Test type | Parameter range | Duration | Judgment standard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vibration test | 5-55Hz/0.15-0.75mm | 30-180min | JB/T 10825 |
| Shock test | 50-300m/s² | 6-18ms | GB/T 2423.5 |
| Transportation test | 0.604grms | 15-180min | ISO 13355 |
Application Case: In a vibration test, a six-axis joint robot needs to perform 5 frequency sweep cycles in the X/Y/Z directions respectively. After the test, the positioning accuracy deviation needs to be ≤±0.05mm.
Reliability Verification Implementation Plan
MTBF Verification Method
The standard recommends the use of a timed truncation test plan, with the following main parameters:
- Discrimination ratio: 1.5-3.0 (default value 2.0)
- Manufacturer riskα: 10%-30%
- User riskβ: 10%-30%
Fault classification principles
| Fault type | Statistical rules | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Associated faults | Included in MTBF calculation | Servo motor overheat protection |
| Non-related faults | Not included in the statistics | Shutdown caused by external power fluctuations |
| Intermittent faults | Counted as 1 fault | Encoder signal is intermittent |
Analysis of standard technology evolution
Compared with previous industry specifications, the main breakthroughs of this standard are:
- Comprehensive environmental stress: For the first time, multi-factor coupling tests such as vibration, temperature, and humidity are written into the national standard
- Quantitative reliability indicators: Clarify the statistical scheme and acceptance criteria for MTBF verification
- Transport simulation innovation: Introduce the three-level random vibration spectrum (road transport spectrum)
Implementation suggestions: For collaborative robots, it is recommended to increase the number of drop tests (≥8 times) to simulate actual application scenarios.
Appendix Application Guide
In the example of the comprehensive environmental stress profile provided in Appendix A:
- Temperature cycle range: -40℃~+60℃
- Vibration spectrum: 5-500Hz broadband random vibration
- Typical cycle: 480 minutes (including 4 temperature change cycles)
It is recommended that enterprises adjust stress parameters according to the actual use environment. For example, the tilt test (≥22.5°) should be strengthened for AGV robots used in ports.
