This standard specifies the test framework for IPC, DVR/NVR, platforms and other equipment in the public security video surveillance networking system, including 7 categories of test environment requirements and 12 core test items.

Test environment construction
- Equipment test environment: It is required to configure the test system, standard IPC and network protocol analysis tools
- Platform test environment: It is required to deploy dual test systems to simulate the upper and lower platforms

- Registration and deregistration test: Verify the device heartbeat mechanism (default 60 seconds interval)
- Audio and video transmission test: Check whether the RTP/RTCP stream complies with the media format in Appendix C
- Alarm event test: Verify that the alarm information XML format complies with the requirements of Appendix A.2.5b
Implementation suggestions
Key points for project acceptance
It is recommended to sample according to GB/T2828.1-2012: full inspection for ≤3 units of the same model, sampling according to AQL for >3 units. Key detection:
- Device registration success rate (required ≥99%)
- Key frame response time (<200ms)
- Historical video retrieval integrity
