Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
| Technical indicators | Type I heat exchanger | Type II heat exchanger | Test method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nominal operating efficiency | ≥1.2 | ≥1.2 | Appendix A Heat Balance Method |
| Mass flow ratio | 8 | 12 | GB/T27698.1 |
| Noise limit (dB) | 70-85 (classified by flow rate) | Appendix B Rectangular hexahedron method | |
Key technical requirements
Airtightness control: The leakage rate of the whole machine must be ≤2.03×10-6 (Pa·m3)/s, and the helium mass spectrometer leak detection method specified in GB/T18431 is adopted. In actual application, a power plant waste heat project controls the leakage rate below 1.5×10-6 through the three-level vacuum pressure test.
Pressure test: The water pressure test pressure is 1.3 times the working pressure (maximum 3.25MPa), and the pressure is maintained for 30 minutes. The case shows that the deformation of the plate heat exchanger under this test should be less than 0.2mm/m.
Thermal Performance Test Specifications
Efficiency test must meet the following requirements:
- Nominal operating conditions: temperature deviation ±2℃, flow deviation ±5%
- Variable operating conditions: Test according to the 9 groups of parameters in Table 4, and fit the efficiency formula ε=ε0+a·(m/m0-1)+b·(t1,in/t1,in0-1)+...
- Minimum load: efficiency does not decrease when the flow rate drops to 50%
Implementation suggestions
Selection points: Select AHEI or AHEII type, for example, the regional heating station should choose the model marked as AHEI-20-1.6-1.0.
Maintenance strategy: It is recommended to check the solution concentration every 2000 hours of operation and conduct a vacuum test once a year. A petrochemical project maintained the equipment COP above 1.18 through quarterly performance monitoring.
