Key technical requirements

Dimension control

Within the nominal inner diameter range of 5-31.5mm, the outer coating thickness is strictly controlled at 0.8-1.5mm. Concentricity requirements: wall thickness change ≤1.0mm when inner diameter ≤19mm, ≤1.3mm when >19mm.

Pressure performance

The bursting pressure must reach more than 4 times the working pressure, such as the working pressure of 28MPa for R19 type corresponds to a minimum bursting pressure of 112MPa. The pulse test requires that the 1SC type withstand 150,000 pulses of 125% working pressure.

Implementation suggestions

  1. The applicable temperature range should be confirmed according to the fluid type (oil-based/water-based) when selecting
  2. The installation bending radius must not be less than the minimum value specified in the standard (e.g. 10mm pipe diameter must be ≥90mm)
  3. Perform pressure resistance tests regularly. It is recommended to conduct burst test sampling every 12 months or 3,000 meters of production
