Introduction

Standard Framework and Technological Evolution

As the third part of the GB/T39315 series of standards, this document constructs a standardized description system for aviation material data. Its technological evolution presents three major characteristics:

  1. Adopts the Metadata Registration System (MDR) framework and inherits the metadata management concept of GB/T18391.1-2009
  2. Innovatively establishes a "shared + dedicated" two-layer data model structure to meet the management needs of multiple categories of aviation materials
  3. Introduces dynamic relationship identifiers (X-type data elements) to achieve intelligent association of model-drawing number-component number

Key implementation points

Mutually exclusive rules for data element values

Article 7.2 of the standard clearly stipulates the mutually exclusive relationship between the four groups of identifiers:

  • When Model (H0001A0000) exists, other identifiers can be empty
  • No model but Drawing number (H0002A0000), component number must be empty
  • Only when all three are missing, Specification (H0004A0000) becomes a required item

Special model extension principle

Special attention should be paid to instrument product models:

  1. Signal output type (H0068A0000) must match measurement method (H0105A0000)
  2. When working pressure (H0089A0000) exceeds 10MPa, alarm pressure value (H0102A0000) must be filled in simultaneously

Application value of military-civilian integration

Through the unified coding system (JMH prefix + 5 digits), this standard achieves:

  • Civilian class=instrument>Data exchange between aviation material suppliers and military support systems
  • Precise matching of specification parameters during wartime emergency procurement
  • Complete transfer of technical status when retired military products are converted to civilian use
