Analysis of key technical requirements
1. Test equipment specifications
The equipment must include:
- End sealing device: avoid generating additional axial force
- Hydraulic/negative pressure system: pressure control accuracy ±5%~10%
- Deformation clamp ring: width is configured according to the pipe diameter classification (100-200mm)
Application case: For DN800 pipes, the socket clamp ring should be selected with a width of 150mm, and the socket deformation should be controlled according to lsp=1000×(1-10%)=900mm
Standard implementation suggestions
1. Key points of sample preparation
- The assembly should include at least one sealing ring joint
- The length of the tubular sample L≥de or 1000mm (whichever is greater)
- State adjustment temperature (23±5)℃
2. Test operation specifications
Stage-by-stage pressure test process:
Negative air pressure test (5min)→Standstill→Low pressure hydraulic pressure (15min)→High pressure hydraulic pressure (15min)
Note: 0° benchmark test must be completed before axial deflection is applied
