《GB/T 39388-2020照度计和亮度计的性能表征方法》由TC224(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC224SC3(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会光辐射测量分会)执行,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Performance indicators | Test methods | Allowance deviation |
|---|---|---|
| V(λ) matching | 380-780nm spectrum scanning | f1'≤5% |
| Cosine response | 0°-80° incident angle test | f2≤3% |
| Linearity | Range 10%-100% segmented verification | f3≤1% |
Key technical requirements
The standard stipulates that the illuminance meter must be calibrated with CIE A light source (2856K), and the calibration uncertainty must include:
- Traceability error of standard light source
- V(λ) mismatch correction factor
- Geometric positioning deviation (≤0.5°)
For brightness meter, special requirements are:
- The field of view angle α needs to be marked with the measurement value ±5% range
- Directional response asymmetry f2,s≤2%
- Ambient light influence f2,u≤1%
Implementation suggestions
According to clause 5.4 of the standard, the infrared response test should:
- Use RG780 filter (3mm thickness)
- The color temperature of the light source is strictly controlled at 2856K±50K
- Signal strength ≥10000 times resolution
Standard Appendix B Tips: Special attention should be paid when measuring LEDs:
- SMCF correction factor needs to be calculated for narrow spectrum light sources
- F7 index needs to be verified for high-frequency pulse width modulation
- Small-size light sources need to evaluate f9 spatial non-uniformity
