《GB/T 39423-2020道路车辆 评价乘员约束性能的事故数据收集》由TC114(全国汽车标准化技术委员会)归口,TC114SC33(全国汽车标准化技术委员会汽车碰撞试验及碰撞防护分会)执行,主管部门为工业和信息化部。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
GB/T 39423-2020 is my country's first national standard for the collection of accident data specifically for the performance evaluation of occupant restraint systems. It adopts the ISO 6546:2018 international standard and makes localized adjustments based on the characteristics of China's automobile industry. The standard mainly includes data collection specifications for five modules: vehicle data, seat restraint data, occupant data, injury data, and child restraint system.
Comparison of key technical requirements
| Dimensions | ISO 6546:2018 | GB/T 39423-2020 | Differences |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cited standards | Cited ISO 13216, etc. | Switch to GB 39424.1 | Realize the connection of domestic standard systems |
| Seat data | 9 parameters | 11 parameters | Added fabric material and slide rail damage detection |
| Airbag data | 14 indicators | 16 indicators | Added parameters such as installation position |
Key data collection specifications
1. Vehicle dynamic data
It is required to record the longitudinal/lateral components of the Δv velocity change (accuracy ±0.5km/h), as well as the three-axis data of the acceleration waveform, with special emphasis on the distinction between multi-event collision and rollover conditions.
2. Restraint system parameters
The seat belt system needs to record 12 types of characteristic parameters, including pretensioner type (mechanical/pyrotechnic), force limiting mechanism (webbing tear/torsion bar), etc.; the airbag system requires measurement of the size of the airbag after deployment (circular diameter/elliptical major and minor axes).
Implementation and application suggestions
- Data collection process: It is recommended to implement standardized collection in three stages: "accident scene-vehicle disassembly-medical record"
- Technical equipment configuration: It is necessary to be equipped with professional tools such as 3D scanners (accuracy 0.1mm), on-board EDR reading equipment, etc.
- Quality control: Establish a data verification mechanism to double-confirm key parameters such as the seat belt locking status
Background of standard evolution
This standard fills the gap in my country's standards in the field of accident data analysis of occupant protection systems. Its technical development context:
- 2015: Initiate international standard conversion research
- 2018: Add localized parameters in combination with C-NCAP regulations
- 2020: Added data items for special restraint systems for electric vehicles
