As the scale of the fresh food e-commerce market exceeds 400 billion yuan, GB/T 39664-2020, as my country's first national standard for e-commerce cold chain distribution, fills the gap in the standardization of temperature-controlled logistics services. The standard was formulated by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and 18 other organizations including SF Express, covering the full chain management requirements from warehousing to terminal delivery.
