Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Test dimensions | Flat belt equipment | Drum equipment |
|---|---|---|
| Simulated road surface | Continuous wear-resistant material, width must cover the ground contact mark | Diameter ≥3m, width ≥ tire ground contact width |
| Precision control | Speed ±1km/h, angle ±0.05° | Speed ±1km/h, higher surface flatness requirement |
| Applicable scenarios | More suitable for multi-angle composite working condition testing | More suitable for high-speed steady-state performance testing |
Key technical requirements
The measurement system needs to simultaneously collect 6 core parameters: vertical force (accuracy ±1%FS), lateral force, longitudinal force, self-aligning moment, rolling moment and dynamic load radius (±0.5mm). Special requirements include:
- The slip angle control needs to achieve a fine-tuning accuracy of ±0.05°
- The air pressure measurement system needs to ensure the stability of ±5kPa
- Data sampling needs to obtain ≥32 equally spaced points per lap
Test process design
Pre-operation phase adopts a progressive loading strategy: starting from 80% of the target vertical force, run-in is carried out according to the slip angle sequence of ±1°→±2°→±4°, and then the tire stress distribution is balanced through linear loading of 2%-160%.
The formal test adopts a double-cycle structure: first, a fixed 0° slip angle is used to complete a total of 8 load levels from 20% to 160%, and then the load sequence is repeated at a total of 12 angles from 1° to 10° to ensure that all working conditions are covered.
Quality Control System
The standard requires the establishment of a three-level monitoring mechanism:
- Daily equipment calibration (weekly)
- Control tire comparison (calibration is triggered when the deviation exceeds 2.5σ)
- Environmental temperature control (24±2.5℃) and tire parking (≥24h)
Implementation Suggestions
It is recommended that companies focus on:
- Give priority to using smooth radial tires as control samples
- Establish a data fitting model based on cubic spline function
- Increase the frequency of radial runout detection for drum equipment
