Detailed explanation of core parameters
The standard divides ceramic membrane plates into 4 categories according to the nominal pore size: M0.05/M0.1/M0.2/M0.5, and requires that the average pore size deviation be controlled within ±20%. Among them, the M0.1 type membrane plate must meet the following requirements:
- Aperture range: 0.13-0.17μm
- Maximum pore size ≤0.25μm
- Pure water flux ≥0.5m³/(m²·h)
Material performance requirements
Taking alumina ceramic membrane plate as an example, the standard stipulates that after acid and alkali corrosion test:
- The Mohs hardness of the membrane layer remains ≥4
- Bending strength retention rate>66%
- No visible dissolution phenomenon on the surface

The standard adopts the bubble point method (GB/T32361) to determine the membrane pore size, and the test conditions require:
