Introduction

Interpretation of the core content of the standard

This standard establishes an energy consumption detection system covering key equipment such as metal cutting machine tools and smelting furnaces, and achieves accurate energy consumption measurement through the process classification method. The main technological breakthroughs are:

  • The calculation method of qualified product equivalent quality is defined for the first time
  • A multi-dimensional process coefficient correction system is established
  • Innovatively propose new indicators such as cutting specific energy efficiency

Energy consumption detection technology framework

Process type Core indicator Detection parameter Conversion coefficient
Metal cutting Cutting specific energy efficiency Electric energy, material removal 0.1229kgce/(kW·h)
Casting Comparable energy consumption per unit casting Fuel, electricity, casting mass Coke0.9714kgce/kg
Forging Comparable energy consumption per unit forging Gas fuel, forging mass Natural gas1.2143kgce/m³

Key technical innovations

1. Dynamic conversion system

The 28 types of energy conversion coefficients provided in Appendix A support enterprises to dynamically adjust according to actual fuel quality, such as:

  • When the calorific value of raw coal is calculated at 5000kcal/kg, 0.7143kgce/kg is used
  • Liquefied petroleum gas adopts a high conversion value of 1.7143kgce/kg

2. Process compensation mechanism

Eliminate the impact of process differences through the complex coefficient matrix:

Example: When an automobile parts company adopts the pressure casting process, it needs to add:

  • Casting complexity coefficient ω1 (1.2-1.8)
  • Smelting furnace type coefficient ω4 (1.1-1.5)

Implementation suggestions

  1. Measuring instrument configuration: Equipped with Class II precision instruments such as electric energy meters and gas flow meters according to the requirements of GB 17167-2006
  2. Data collection specifications: At least 3 sets of data are collected for each parameter to take the average value
  3. Key points for report preparation: It must include 7 core contents such as detection plan, boundary description, working condition record, etc.

Typical application scenario: A heavy machinery factory found through this standard that the loading factor P5 of the heat treatment furnace did not meet the standard. After optimization, the energy consumption was reduced by 18%
